"I have used K. Ruggins Construction on a number of occasions, starting off with small jobs – such as repairing my roof, installing new security gates and fixing my porch. Although relatively quick jobs, I found the service and attention to detail second to none. So much so, that, when I had a 3 month project to install a new bathroom and a new kitchen / dining area – involving removing walls, new floors and electrics, I didn’t bother to obtain additional quotes. I wanted to Kevin and his team to do the work.
Kevin’s advise and guidance was vital, he managed my expectations and kept me well informed throughout. His attention to detail was first class, pointing out possible issues which I would have been oblivious too. I work from home, so was there pretty much the whole. The disruption was kept to a minimum and the work was always completed in a professional matter.
I would have no hesitation in using his services again and would recommend him without a second thought." |
